How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only able to ship within USA.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
My package was not delivered.
We are very sorry to hear that. Once the Pup-pet is handed off to the shipper, we have no control over it.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, once a Pup-Pet has been adopted and shipped, it cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the puppet and box at info@astoughaspuppets.com and we will review it.

What ages are Pup-Pets for?
Pup-Pets are best for ages 5 and up, but can be enjoyed by all ages. They should be played with gently and stored upright.
